We Understand What You're Going Through

Watching your child struggle is one of the most difficult experiences a parent can face. Children often cannot name or explain what they are feeling, which makes it hard to know when and how to help. As a parent or caregiver, you may be noticing:

  • Persistent sadness, withdrawal, or mood changes that last more than a few weeks
  • Frequent emotional outbursts, aggression, or anger that feel out of proportion
  • Excessive worry, fearfulness, or refusal to go to school or social situations
  • Difficulty focusing, hyperactivity, or significant drops in academic performance

These signs are not a reflection of your parenting or your child's character. They are signals that your child may need support. EaseCare connects Alberta families with licensed physicians for virtual child mental health assessments, fully covered by your Alberta Health Card. No referral. No waitlist. No cost.
